Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refund Policy:

Refund will be made to your method of payment through our Shopify store within 48 hours of receipt of return goods in acceptable original condition.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and refund will be in the amount less the cost of value replacement.  Refund will also be in the amount less the cost of credit card transaction fee charged to seller.

Damaged/Cracked Bamboo:

We will gladly replace damaged or cracked bamboo at no cost to the purchaser if bamboo is damaged during shipping.    We will replace bamboo poles that crack for a period of 30 days after date of delivery with purchaser paying for shipping costs incurred to ship replacement bamboo prior to shipment.
