News - Bamboo Poles - BambooUSAShop
BambooUSAShop harvests it's bamboo poles from a bamboo grove located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in beautiful South Carolina which has approximately 40 different varieties of bamboo growing in this unique setting.
The bamboo thrives so well in this location because it is set at the base of a mountain ridge separating South Carolina and North Carolina. The weather patterns in this area are uniquely affected by what is locally referred to as being in a thermal belt. This allows the temperatures and rain patterns that help with the reproduction and initial planting of bamboo rhizomes so that they flourish and grow rapidly for harvesting and flame processing into beautiful bamboo poles.
